OUR WORK
The Evidence Is in the Projects.
TCC's project history spans government infrastructure, resort development, major bridge works, and commercial construction across Fiji. Every project listed here was supervised directly by Lee Doherty.
Project managers and procurement teams do not take contractor capability on faith. They look for evidence — documented project history, verified scope, and demonstrated QA/QC standard.
This page is that evidence.
Every project below represents a real engagement — a real client, a real scope, a real outcome. Where client confidentiality permits, we have named the project and the client. Where it does not, we have described the scope and the standard of work delivered.
If you want to discuss a specific project in more detail, or if you are evaluating TCC for a similar scope, we are available to talk.
OUR PROJECTS
PROJECT 1: Kings Road Upgrade — ADB-Funded Highway Programme
TCC provided senior site supervision for QA/QC and design engineers on the KRUP A+B project — a major 60km highway upgrade on Fiji's Kings Road, funded by the Asian Development Bank and managed through SMEC. The project involved asphalt works across two sections from Ba toward the Rakiraki district. Lee Doherty provided QA/QC sign-off and direct site supervision across the programme for three years.
PROJECT 2:
Fletcher's Construction — Critical Bridge Works, Fiji
Lee Doherty served as QA Manager for Fletcher's Construction across critical bridge projects in Fiji — including quality control for all steel sign-off, concrete works, crawler crane operations, piling, and bridge assembly. The work involved heavy plant, complex structure assembly, and exacting documentation standards required for government infrastructure sign-o
PROJECT 3:
Nadi Bridge — Completion & Sign-Off
TCC's Managing Director Lee Doherty was among the first to complete the Nadi Bridge project — providing QA/QC sign-off for steelworks, concrete, and all structural elements. Lee also consulted on the Yongor Bridge.
PROJECT 4:
Radisson Blu Mirage — Earthworks QC, Naisoso
TCC provided QC control for civil earthworks at the Radisson Blu Mirage development — including managing material placement and testing, installation and monitoring of settlement pins on a weekly basis, geogrid and bidim laying, and ground improvement works. All earthworks were supervised to a quality-controlled standard required for sign-off.
PROJECT 5: Tanoa International Hotel — Full Grounds Survey
TCC completed a full survey of the Tanoa International Hotel grounds — including building footprints, interior furniture layout, and surrounding land — for new refurbishment works. Survey data was used to support architectural and civil design for the hotel's expansion programme.
This portfolio will continue to grow as TCC completes new projects. If you are evaluating TCC for a current scope, we are happy to discuss relevant project experience directly.
